April Heiser-Liedike runs the Limerick office of Proactive Financial Strategies located at 389 W Ridge Pike. April started in the financial industry in 2003 following the passing of her father. She was inspired to enter the financial industry from her father who, in addition to owning his own CPA firm prior to his passing, also provided financial services to his clients. In 2016, she purchased the Limerick office building and moved her operations there shortly thereafter. Previously, she operated under the name Independence Planning Group. She started her financial career with Independence Planning Group and was with them for seventeen years.
April is a Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registered representative and is an Investment Advisor Representative. She obtained her life and health license in 2003. Her focus is holistic and comprehensive planning services that also incorporates her tax knowledge. She feels that a strong tax base knowledge is instrumental in providing the highest level of financial advice to her clients.
April was born in Chester County, but now calls Montgomery County her home. She is the wife of Chuck Liedike and mother to three little girls, Ava, Violet and Evelyn. April is dedicated to supporting the local community. She is past-president for Spring-Ford Rotary, as well as and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Tri-County PA. Previously, she had served as secretary and treasurer for NAIFA Tri-County PA. She graduated “With Distinction” from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business.
In her spare time, she enjoys fitness and running. She has completed a handful of half marathons and sprint triathlons. April also enjoys gardening.
